Postage and Returns

All orders placed through my website include FREE tracked and insured postage to any UK address.

Your order will be sent to you flat in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

I will let you know when your order has been sent.

I accept returns and exchanges if returned to me in perfect condition.  Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. 

 

I do NOT provide free returns. You need to cover the cost of returning the item to me. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage. I recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to return goods, to ensure that there is proof of delivery and the goods are insured whilst in transit. I am not responsible for losses during return transit.

 

Refunds for goods will be made against the original method of payment used to buy them. Refunds will be made for the cost of the goods only and not any shipping charges.

Conditions of return: 


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
